We work entirely online through a structured process. Each phase is clearly defined — from the initial request to the final technical renovation documentation package.

You submit information about your renovation project.

- Attach photos and measurements (read here how to take them correctly)
- Confirm the accuracy of the measurements
- If you have questions, please contact us in advance
Confirmation
You receive clear confirmation of scope, price and timeline.
- Confirmation of the selected package
- Agreement / terms confirmation
- Proforma invoice for advance payment (50% or 100%)
- Price as published on the website up to 100 sq.m. (see packages)
- Fixed timeline
- Option for a 20-minute online meeting

No design consultation is conducted.
Start
After confirmation and payment, the project begins.
- Signed agreement and confirmation of received bank transfer
- Project start
Refunds are only possible before work begins (General Terms).
Functional Layout
Preparation and approval of the layout.
- Two functional layout proposals
- Sent by email
- Online revision meeting — up to 45 minutes
Revisions are limited to the scope of the selected package.
Final Package
Preparation of the technical renovation documentation.
- Preparation of all technical drawings
- PDF package (A3 format)
What the Service Does NOT Include
The service does not include:
- Construction supervision
- Participation and responsibility for execution
- Purchase mediation
- DWG files by default
Important About Measurements
The project is prepared based on measurements provided by the client. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the measurements.
