Think Longevity, Not Brands

—A kitchen is built once every 15–20 years. Avoid brands and models where spare parts disappear from the market after 3–4 years. Before buying, check whether the brand has an authorised service centre in Bulgaria and whether parts are available locally.
—When choosing, check: warranty duration, what it covers (parts and labour vs. parts only), authorised service availability, and real-world reliability reviews from 4–5 years of use — not just at the point of purchase.

Right Calibre

—45 cm oven height instead of 60 cm. For a household without regular large-batch cooking, a 45 cm oven is fully sufficient. You save an entire lower cabinet for pots and pans — a practical gain felt every single day.
—45 cm dishwasher width for 1–2 people. A 60 cm dishwasher consumes more water and electricity per cycle and is never fully loaded in a single-person household. The choice should be based on consumption (litres/cycle) and noise level — not brand name.
